I think it has to be photoshopped. Someone on a different site said the marine in the background has his medals on the wrong side. Anyone?

Looks like it was reversed. Hey, at least they are doing something close to the right thing during the anthem for a change, right?

Not likely shopped, and definitely not reversed.
The bit of yellow/gold under Obama’s elbow may or may not be the Marine’s medals - it’s not definitive enough.
But what is definitive is Obama’s suit jacket. On men’s jackets, the button is on the wearer’s right side and the button hole is on the left. (For women, it’s the reverse.) And here, the button is on Obama’s right side. (As well, the lapel pin is on his left lapel, as per standard.)
I agree with marc - they’re aliens. And stupid aliens who don’t have their act down properly.

Michelle’s wedding ring is on her left hand. I know that my wife wears hers on the left hand. If I could enlarge the picture, I could see if BozO has a ring on his left hand…but the Mayor doesn’t use “click to look at it big” technology.
But, I’m pretty sure that Michelle is holding her “leftie” hand over her heart.

Also, if I pin something on, I always do it with my right hand on my left lapel…OBozo has a pin on that side. Of course, he is left-handed, and may feel more comfortable pinning something on his right…but I think it’s about right.

Even though I do not like Obama, I have to come to his defense. Check out these links with different photos of the same 9/11 ceremony.

Lastly, anyone taking a picture of a State official would be using an expensive camera. The above photo looks fuzzy from the blending tool in Photoshop or another editing program.
