Black History Month in Mitchieville – 10/02/28
Well, another Black History draws to a close here in Mitchieville. The government cheques have been cashed. The wafting smell of patchouli has cleared, and a few hippies have left roaches in the ashtrays. And, a screw you to the taxpayers who begrudge a few more dollars to pay for more and better minstrel shows to entertain our milky skinned aristocrats. As for me, I am going to redouble my efforts to be more third world, and less first. That is what my betters, the aristocrats of the workers party tell this hungry, dispossessed member of the working class. Indeed I shall. Who dares, wins, my dad used to say. Indeed.
