What Kills More Black Americans Than the Seven Leading Causes of Death Combined?

right-to-life

I think you already know the answer, but let’s get it from the source:

Abortion killed at least 203,991 blacks in the 36 states and two cities (New York City and the District of Columbia) that reported abortions by race in 2005, according to the CDC. During that same year, according to the CDC, a total of 198,385 blacks nationwide died from heart disease, cancer, strokes, accidents, diabetes, homicide, and chronic lower respiratory diseases combined.

But the 203,991 abortions only account for the totals in 36 states and two cities, the real rate is much, much higher:

Among the large states not reporting abortions by race–and thus where the number of blacks killed by abortions is not included in the national total of 203,991–are California, Florida, Illinois and the rest of New York state outside of New York City.

According to the CDC, the total of 203,991 blacks killed by abortion in 2005 also does not include those aborted by ”private physicians’ procedures.”

According to the article, there were 820,151 legal abortions performed in the US in 2005, the last year the stats were released. If the article is correct and nearly 36% of all abortions were performed on blacks, that 203,991 total is far closer to 300,000.

And yet the silence from the Congressional Black Caucus, Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, the NAACP, etc, is deafening. Oh sure, when there are too many fast food franchises in poor black areas, these characters will be up in arms, but 300,000 dead souls a year doesn’t even register on their radar.

Also consider there have been about 45 MILLION abortions since 1973, the year in which abortion became legal in the States. If blacks account for 36% of all abortions, that would mean about 17 million black babies have been aborted since 1973.

As a sheer coincidence, the US accepts about 900,000 immigrants to its shores every year. Yup, about the same amount of babies that are aborted. So the next time you hear about some western nation whose population is dwindling, think back to this article and put the pieces together.

Since America’s black leaders are conspicuously silent on this matter, the last word goes to Dr. Alveda King, niece of slain civil rights leader Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.:

In August 2007 she told a meeting of Priests for Life that abortionists “plant their killing centers in minority neighborhoods and prey upon women who think they have no hope.”

“The great irony,” she said, “is that abortion has done what the Klan only dreamed of.”

Will they overcome?

And why exactly do black people not get riled up about this? They’re usually pretty excitable, but genocide doesn’t phase them I guess.

    The shame of America.

..”has done what the Klan only dreamed of” she’s so full of shit.

I’d like to add the sad statistics of homicide between black on black men, homicide between black on black women, and AIDs deaths among black men and women. Also high causes of death for African Americans on the CDC list.

The slough of silent black leaders who have lain hands on themselves, and ordained themselves Reverend, Pastor, and Deacon don’t have enough love for their own to chastise, because it wouldn’t fit their narrative.

I would want more than anything for them to turn this around, for their own sakes.

I should have considered that, Nancy, but got caught up in the abortion statistics.

You are 100% correct, of course. I cannot say it any better than that. Excellent.

Wow, that’s from Colorado? The hippies in Boulder aren’t going to be too happy with that one.
