Don, your knowledge scares me sometimes. Your musical knowledge is simply terrifying. Between you and Andy, there are VERY FEW musical questions that would go unanswered.

I’ve seen and talked to Trebek three times (?? four maybe), in my lifetime. He did a bunch of shows, like Stars on Ice, at CTV, a station 5 minutes from where I grew up. Then I kept running into him at different functions. And you know something, the guy isn’t a royal prick like one would think he is. He’s actually a really decent fella.

Sure, he may be a prick now, I’m just going by memory.

Nope, it was “Music Hop” out of Toronto,back in the 1960’s,from about 1964-65. on CBC.

The House band “Norm Amadio and his Rhythm Rockers” featured Red Shea on guitar. Shea became the guitarist for Gordon Lightfoot’s backing band.
