Dirty Harry Meets Rain Man

What on earth is Batman doing watching soccer? I knew there was something about him I didn’t like.

Looking to lash out at someone over these cartoons? May I suggest DINO?

I think it would be in all our best interest to quietly snicker at this cartoon then quickly move along.
After Keyser posted his piece regarding David Caruso yesterday (Keyser’s way in over his head, DC fans are rabbid), Dmorris commented something to the fact that he was excited because he thought the post was going to be about the great Enrico Caruso. Cudgel then chimed in, wondering if Enrico Caruso was the same man who starred in a Bugs Bunny cartoon. Dmorris then responded that yes, Caruso was indeed that man.
For the record, Dmorris and Cudgel are out of their minds on Elmers glue. I’m nearly positive that Enrico, David, or otherwise, have never been associated in a Bugs Bunny cartoon. I’m also nearly certain that the Bugs cartoon Dmorris and Cudgel are talking about is called “What’s Opera Doc? (Kill the Wabbit).”
What’s Opera Doc? is a parody of a Richard Wagner opera. Sometimes it’s called Kill the Wabbit, from a line Fudd sang in the cartoon (Kill the Wabbit comes from Ride of the Valkyries.)
Other than What’s Opera Doc? is one of the best cartoons ever made, I know nothing else about it.
Dmorris was excited when he thought Enrico Caruso was being talked about on these pages, I’m sure he will now be spurting yogurt now that he sees Mitchieville is introducing operatic genius in What’s Opera Doc?
Thank me? No, thank you.
